Charmy.EXE

So I gave my friend this idea for Team Chaotix.EXE and she told me how she wanted her characters and I figured I'd give it a whirl (Hopefully she doesn't mind ) on doing all 3 members of Team Chaotix as .EXE characters. According to her, she wants Charmy.EXE to be smiling forever. His mouth is sewn shut, Vector being the one who did it so he wouldn't have to hear Charmy's screams.
